Return & Exchange Policy

At Nouvelle Lighting we value your customer experience and satisfaction with our brand above all else. It is important to us that any products or services you partner with us will meet all your expectations.

Uninstalled, non-custom, non- discontinued products may be returned within 30 days of receipt with the following exclusions. Please note the following returns conditions below.

Items with the following criteria are not eligible for return:

  • Items over 30 days of delivery
  • Any product that has been installed or used in any way (including cut, clipped or stripped wires)
  • Custom Orders and Made to Order Items.
  • Discontinued Clearance items, Floor Displays and Open Box Items
  • Individual fixtures over $1,000 of original price.
  • Individual item quantities of 3 or more fixtures.
  • Items not in original packaging.

How Do I start a Return or Cancelation?

To initiate a cancelation or return request, please contact us at support@nouvellelighting.com for return instructions and RMA Packing Slip.

Cancelation Requests:

All orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.

If by chance your order has already shipped it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.

Nouvelle Lighting retains the right to cancel any order for any reason. Some situations where Nouvelle would cancel an order would include items that are discontinued, when payments are declined by financial institutions, or pricing and systems errors etc.

To request an order cancellation, please contact us at support@nouvellelighting.com and reference your order number or name your order was placed from in your cancelation request.

Returns Requests

Qualifying returns will receive an RMA Packing Slip for a Nouvelle Lighting Representative.  This Packing Slip MUST be enclosed with all returns. Any items received any Nouvelle Lighting without a pre–Authorized RMA Packing Slip issued by Nouvelle Lighting will be returned at buyers expense.

To initiate a return, have your order number and name or institution the order was placed under ready, and  email our team at support@nouvellelighting.com and request a Return Authorization Packing Slip.

A member of the Nouvelle team will review your order and issue a Returns Packing Slip if your request meets our returns terms and conditions outlined above.

Once a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number has been issued, you are ready to ship the item(s) back.  Please note You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Nouvelle Lighting will typically issue your refund withing 2-3 business days of receipt of your qualifying return.

There is no Restocking Fee for Returns, you are only responsible for the return shipping if your order meets the terms and conditions for return.

 

Defective Products

If any of your items are defective or damaged by shipping carriers in any way, please contact us immediately.  We will repair or replace any defective items at no cost to you.

 

Please Note Damaged or Defective items will be replaced or may be exchange for an item of equal or greater value only. Order Refunds due to damages and or defect are not permitted for items not covered in our return terms and conditions.

Refused

An order that is refused will be charged with the original shipping plus the return shipping it takes for the package to get back to our facility.  All orders refused will incur a 50% restocking fee.
